Yes. This technique is based on neuroplasticity (how changeable your brain is), and multiple studies have been done on the efficacy of hypnosis on changing beliefs in your mind.If you want fast results that get to the root cause of your issue instead of placing a bandaid over it, this is for you.
That said, for best results it does require to bring your best effort too as it is a collaborative process.
Often my clients say they’ve tried so many things that didn’t work, and RTT was the thing that finally did.
The actual session takes between 1.5 and 2.0 hours, then you have a 15 minute recording to listen to for 21 days afterwards.
Most clients listen right before they fall asleep, so it fits into their routine easily. When you compare this to years of weekly therapy sessions, this is the best return for your investment.
Most issues are resolved in 1-2 sessions, but multilayered issues may require 3 full session plus the inner bonding methody too.
