Who     am I?

I’m deeply passionate about helping people transform their lives by accepting who they are.
Hearing stories of those I've helped - whether it's finding their soulmate, launching the career or business they’ve always dreamed of, or finally seeing their true value is truly priceless.  Whether I’m working 1:1 with individuals, sharing free content, or speaking on podcasts, I feel immense gratitude for having the best job in the world.

My interest in psychology and the human mind has always been a part of me. Recently, I’ve honed my focus on childhood trauma, which I believe is at the root of many people’s struggles. For years, I resisted facing this truth in my own life. I went through a turbulent journey, one that I now see as essential to becoming who I am today.

Being an effective therapist is not just about knowledge; it’s about lived experience. Growing up in Poland, navigating different cultures, managing complex relationships, and embracing the constant evolution of self has shaped me into the therapist I am.

It’s this personal journey that allows me to truly connect with and support people.

Today, I’m...

For almost 3 decades I felt like ‘the bird closed in the cage’.
When I was a little girl I used to imagine myself as a bird who flew away to a foreign country, just observing and smelling colorful flowers. Cheesy? Well might be but for me it’s kind of a metaphor of my soul. Maybe that is why 30 years after “freedom” is the word that describes my soul the best and I am extremely sensitive to the beauty around me.

I was born in a significant year in the history of Europe. 89’ was the year of the Fall of Berlin Mur - a symbol of the new era of freedom. As raised in Poland, I know that had a huge influence on my country, and maybe on me too. Following that fact, I was born into a middle-class family. My father was a police officer, and my mum stayed with us (me, my older brother, and our little sister).

I was asking myself this question many times…
and the truth is I still keep asking it.

Why Am I Doing This, Why RTT?

Today, I’m 30-something.
I am a certified Hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner, and I do what I love the most - I help people to leave that cage too and to “remember” who they are so they fly high and shine their light.

I could use the word “nomad” or even “digital nomad” to describe my lifestyle at this moment. During the last 2 years, I packed and unpacked at least a few times a month. I experience life through real connections with humans around the world. And, in the last 10 years, I lived in North and Central America, Europe, and Asia.

loupaofn  meaning

The name It’s not random. It embraces all the parts of me and how I want to serve the world the best I can.
I used to have the coming back dream… I walk through the dark, cold forest. I see a light. The bonfire in the middle of nowhere… and then I see - the she-wolf. She led me to this warm place, and when I looked up I saw the sky full of shining stars - those stars were all the opportunities that were presented to me. I realize that this wolf is my spiritual animal, my spiritual guide (take it or leave it as you wish).
Then I came back with this name - It is a combination of 3 words and the ideas behind it.

le loup - in French means wolf. The symbolism of the wolf is very rich and multidimensional: loyalty, perseverance, teacher, intuition, freedom, instinct, intelligence, the value of social ties, and pathfinder. The wolf is a teacher with the ability to self-discover and bring knowledge back to the community.

Lupa - on the other hand is a she-wolf from Roman mythology, who raised and nurtured the founders of Rome, Romulus, and Rumus.
"They say was the immortal goddess of the Romans. Not only did she look after her brothers who were to find Rome, but she is also said to have trained other Roman heroes to be cunning and fearless in battle. This goddess is a wonderful reminder of the wolf's abilities: gentleness yet toughness of character. This legend is also a symbolic example of teaching to give all knowledge and resources to those who need it to succeed in the world."

lupa - is a magnifying glass (in Polish means), which is an optical instrument used for direct observation of small close objects. In the strict sense of the word, it is a focusing lens that gives at least three times magnification.
I invite you on a deep journey into yourself so we can find out who you truly are.
